Get Application Stats

get

https://api.zylo.com/v2/applicationStats

Returns aggregated stats per application: rolling-12-month and fiscal-year spend, license utilization, user counts, contract dates, cloud-cost consumption, and recent activity dates. One row per application.

The single-application form lives at /v2/applications/{applicationId}/stats.

active_user_app_count

string

Number of provisioned users with tracked activity within the application's set activity threshold (90 days by default), aggregated from direct utilization integration (if connected), or SSO integration data (sum of all users from mapped apps).

app_label

string

The label for the application.

contract_status

string

Status of the contracts tied to an application. Active is set if any contract is not expired or inactive. Expired is set when any contract end date is in the past. Inactive is set when any contract start date is in the future. An empty value is populated if an application has no contract associated with it.

cost_per_user

string

The cost per user value for the application.

current_and_last_fiscal_year_spend

string

Payments for the application in the current and last fiscal years, including AP, Reseller, and Expense payments. Aggregated from Financial integration or uploaded payment data. Null when the company has no fiscal year configured.

current_fiscal_year_spend

string

Payments for the application in the current fiscal year, including AP, Reseller, and Expense payments. Aggregated from Financial integration or uploaded payment data. Null when the company has no fiscal year configured.

current_week_cost

string

Total costs consumed in the current calendar week. Populated only for applications connected to a cloud cost integration; null otherwise.

current_week_cost_forecast

Forecasted costs for the current calendar week. Populated only for applications connected to a cloud cost integration; null otherwise.

current_week_cost_percent_to_forecast

string

Percentage ratio comparing the total current week costs consumed against the current week's forecast. Populated only for applications connected to a cloud cost integration; null otherwise.

earliest_active_contract_start_date

string

Start date of earliest active contract for this application.

estimated_renewal_date

string

Calculated estimated renewal date based on contract data or payment history. Sources include active contracts, expired contracts, or AP transaction patterns.

estimated_renewal_source

string

Source of the estimated renewal date: contract, expired_contract_12m, expired_contract_24m, ap_transaction_12m, ap_transaction_24m, or unable_to_estimate.

forecast_to_commitment_percentage

string

Percentage comparing forecasted costs against the total payment commitment in the contract term. Populated only for applications connected to a cloud cost integration; null otherwise.

Unique identifier for the application these stats belong to.

inactive_user_count

string

Number of provisioned users that do not have tracked activity within the application's set activity threshold (90 days by default), aggregated from direct utilization integration (if connected), usage connect, or SSO integration data (sum of all users from mapped apps).

last_12_months_ap_spend

Only AP payments (including Reseller) in the last 12 months for the application. Aggregated from Financial integration or uploaded payment data.

last_12_months_expense_spend

string

Only Expense payments in the last 12 months for the application. Aggregated from Financial integration or uploaded payment data.

last_12_months_spend

string

Payments for the application in the last 12 months, including AP, Reseller, and Expense payments. Aggregated from Financial integration or uploaded payment data.

last_2_fiscal_years_spend

string

Payments for the application in the last 2 fiscal years, including AP, Reseller, and Expense payments. Aggregated from Financial integration or uploaded payment data. Null when the company has no fiscal year configured.

last_ap_transaction_date

string

Last detected transaction date for the application across Accounts Payable (including Reseller) data sources.

last_contract_expiration_date

string

Most recent contract end date of expired contracts associated with this application.

last_expense_transaction_date

string

Last detected transaction date for the application across Expense data sources.

last_fiscal_year_spend

string

Payments for the application in the last fiscal year, including AP, Reseller, and Expense payments. Aggregated from Financial integration or uploaded payment data. Null when the company has no fiscal year configured.

last_monthly_payment_date

string

Date of the most recent detected monthly recurring payment.

last_transaction_date

string

Last detected transaction for the application across all payment data sources (financial integration, uploaded files).

monthly_amount

string

Estimated monthly recurring cost stored on the application.

number_of_active_contracts

string

Number of active contracts with at least one line associated to this application.

percent_active_licenses

string

Active Users divided by Provisioned Users.

percent_consumed

string

Percentage of payment commitment consumed in the current contract term. Populated only for applications connected to a cloud cost integration; null otherwise.

percent_utilized_licenses

Provisioned Users divided by Licenses Purchased.

previous_day_cost

string

Total costs consumed for the previous calendar day. Populated only for applications connected to a cloud cost integration; null otherwise.

previous_day_cost_forecast

string

Forecasted costs for the previous calendar day. Populated only for applications connected to a cloud cost integration; null otherwise.

previous_day_cost_percent_to_forecast

string

Percentage comparing the previous day costs consumed against the previous day's forecast. Populated only for applications connected to a cloud cost integration; null otherwise.

purchased_license_count

string

Total count of licenses purchased across all active contracts associated to this application.

renewal_date

string

Next contract end date for this application, calculated from contracts uploaded to this application.

total_contract_line_value

string

Sum of all contract lines that have the corresponding application assigned to them and the contract is active.

total_contract_value

string

Total amount of all active contracts where this application has been associated to one or more lines.

unique_active_user_count

string

Number of unique provisioned users, based on a unique identifier, with tracked activity within the application's set activity threshold (90 days by default), aggregated from direct utilization integration (if connected), or SSO integration data. Useful when mapping more than 1 SSO app to a Zylo app.

unique_user_count

string

Number of unique provisioned users, based on a unique identifier, that have access to the application, aggregated from direct utilization integration (if connected), or SSO integration data. Useful when mapping more than 1 SSO app to a Zylo app.

user_count

Number of provisioned users that have access to the application, aggregated from direct utilization integration (if connected), or SSO integration data (sum of all users from mapped apps).

users_not_in_employee_roster

string

Number of provisioned users that have access to the application, but are not in the employee roster, based on email address.

year_to_date_spend

string

Payments within the current calendar year. Aggregated from Financial integration or uploaded payment data.

zybrary_id

string

Identifier for the underlying Zybrary application catalog entry. Use this to correlate stats rows across applications that share the same upstream app.

zylo_created_at

string

Date and time the application was created in Zylo.

zylo_modified_at

string

Date and time the application was last modified in Zylo.

sort

Defaults to +zylo_created_at

Sort by any non-object or array value. Use +/- to indicate direction.
